New assistant manager, Elisa, is one of the reasons why I moved here. She was super friendly to me when I came to tour, and even offered to reach her if I ever needed anything. I moved here from out of state, but Elisa made me feel like I was right at home. The apartments themselves are beautiful. A bit pricey, but I understand the value. Thanks, Elisa and team!

The absolute worst apartment in Las Olas. It is overpriced, has horrible management, and the elevators never work. They cost me thousands of dollars because they installed cheap piping, which flooded my 24th floor apartment and ruined everything I own. I had to fight hard just to transfer out of their flooded apartment into a new unit that wasn’t full of mold. They forced me to live without floor boards for over a week and argued that it was acceptable. Do yourself a favor and rent anywhere else in the city.

I visited a friend this past weekend, and the 5th Ave Concierge that run the building security was extremely helpful and very considerate. I wish my condo building had this company! Very elevated feeling.
